Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Art. 1: The material: The company must provide the customer with a digital system for the production of photographs by means of self-triggering mechanisms (hereinafter "FGbox" photo booth) including a computer, a CANON EOS 700D camera or Webcam C930e and a printer DNP DS620, all in a box of the type Softcase
Art. 2: Transfer of client images: The client receives the photos taken during the event. The folder contains the printed photos, (for the Gold and Diamond version the client receives the digital files of the event on an 8gb usb key). Transfer of the final images after payment of the service! (original, printed) at the latest one week after the event, by the Wetransfer software on the following client's email:
Art. 3: Rental period: This lease is granted for an indefinite period and will terminate automatically and without formalities at 04:00 hrs in the morning.
Art.3 bis: Extension of rent: If the customer wants a rental extension after 04:00 hrs, an extra charge of 100 € (Htva) per hour will be charged.
Art. 4: The location and installation of the FGbox: An exact address with the information where the machine must be installed is essential. If necessary you can send photos of the location via email@example.com for opinion. The location must be arranged in advance by the customer. When there has been a rental of accessories (probs), it is necessary to provide an empty table.
Art. 4a: The location and installation of the FGbox: the customer can recover the machine and do the installation yourself. The customer is responsible for the return of the machine as soon as possible after the event. (Preference the next day)
Art. 5: Price: In return the customer agrees to pay the agreed sum.
This sum is to be paid in full in advance, either by transfer or in cash.
(In case of transfer, proof of payment may be requested.)
The customer has the possibility to pay on the spot the day of the service the amount due in cash.
The additional services chosen on the day of the services (ex .: extension, installation of an additional cartridge / background) must be paid preferably on the spot.
If the benefit is not paid the day after the service, the invoice must be paid within 07 days after the date of the service, net and without discount.
Art. 6: Cancellation: If, after the signing of this contract, the organizer cancels the agreed event within a period of time exceeding 30 days, the service will be partially invoiced in the form of an indemnity of 25% of the total price.
In the opposite case where the cancellation will be communicated within 30 days or less, the agreed service will be invoiced to the organizer in full.

Art. 7: Necessary measures: This zone has the following criteria:
1) At the site, an empty area of 3 X 3 meters is reserved for the installation of the photo booth.
2) The place must be protected from the weather (rain and wind) or vandalism.
Any damage or theft will be charged to the organizer.
3) A separate electrical connection with its own nearby circuit (<5m) that is not used by any participant of the event (artists, musicians, DJs, restaurants, etc.)
! By changing the light conditions during the event, the owner does not guarantee a constant image quality. Typical interfering factors are, for example, the colored lights of DJs near the photo booth or windows that cause direct sunlight on the photobooth set during the event. !
4) The floor is level, which allows to correctly position the photo booth.
5) During the installation a manager is desired on site to sign the "Material Status" sheet to admit the proper functioning of the "FGbox" photo booth and to guarantee access to the site to start the installation.
6) The company Franck Godson A. takes the right not to install the photo booth "FGbox" if the necessary measures are not respected.
Art. 8: General conditions: The equipment will be tested before departure by the professional in the presence of the client, this implies that the customer accepts the perfect working condition of it. Whatever the mode of transport and / or assembly, the customer is responsible for the equipment as soon as it leaves the owner. The customer who
transports the material itself undertakes to do so in the best conditions.
The client is advised to insure the rented equipment (vandalism, natural disasters, damage to property and equipment, etc.) with his insurance company. All taxes, charges, royalties, authorizations, insurance, etc. any of them are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is expected to know the operation and handling of the equipment, so he will be held responsible for any misuse.
If the customer calls us for a malfunction of the machine and that the professional finds that the cause is the mishandling / employment of the customer, the intervention of the restart will be charged € 90 / hr VAT excluded + Route charge of 50 € VAT excluded.
The client certifies to know all the security warnings, risks and precautions to be taken concerning the use of the equipment rented through this contract.
In no case, the customer is authorized to work the material and / or to disconnect the elements of the FGbox without prior authorization of the owner. Under no circumstances may the owner be held responsible for any bodily injury or material damage resulting from the use of his equipment by the customer having accepted the perfect working condition of the equipment by signing this contract.
Reminder: Our FGbox is not a children's toy, parents are responsible for their children!
Art. 9: Restitution: The return of the material will be done at the address of the event
During the return of the material, it will be tested by the professional. Any defect, irregularity, or excessive wear in relation to the specified use, noted during this inspection are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of deterioration of the equipment requiring repair, the customer will be required to pay a deductible of 350 € HT (three hundred and fifty Euros excluding VAT). The equipment to be repaired, will be repaired by the professional or any other with invoice to the load of the customer, if the material can not be repaired, or is not returned within 1 week, it will be considered as missing in the return .
Equipment missing on return or considered destroyed will be charged for a lump sum of 5000 €.
Art. 10: Installation in third-party rooms: If the client organizes the event in third-party rooms, they are responsible for accepting the installation and creation of photos from the photo booth. The customer is informed that the records of people using our photobooth are subject to both copyright and personality rights. The FGbox team only provides the technical means at its disposal and, in this respect, it is in no way responsible for any image content under the legal aspects above.
Art. 11: Photos taken during the event: In addition, the FGbox team is not responsible for illegal recordings made with the photo booth (eg pornographic or offensive recordings, etc.) The customer is solely responsible for the fact that the use of the Photo Booth and management of the recorded photos will not result in any legal infringement and will be fully liable in the case of third party claims.
However, if a third party is still responsible for the alleged violations of the law, the customer is obliged to release to the latter's loss any damage resulting therefrom. (In particular, the costs of a necessary legal defense)
Art.12: Additional cartridge: If the customer contacts us during the event for the installation of a new cartridge, the cartridge price of € 149 excluding VAT will be charged. The price of an additional cartridge, ordered in advance is € 99 excluding VAT.
Art. 13: Cartridge change: If the customer does not want an additional cartridge in advance and in case the 400 photos have been printed before 2 hours from the end of the event, we have just changed the cartridge that will be charged € 149 excluding VAT.

which binds the Client to Franck Godson A. This commercial relationship can be

General Conditions and Legal Notice Franck Godson A for the year and RGPD for

and who can therefore, and within the limits of the purposes negotiated with the Customer, transit
between the different entities of Franck Godson A.
The data collected from the Customer is also communicated as needed to
• subcontractors, if they are in relation with services requested by the Customer and provided
by its subcontractors (eg computer insurance, orders, delivery
direct by a carrier, etc.);
• subcontractors in accounting matters;
• subcontractors legal advisers in the event of litigation and late payment;
• administrations and competent authorities within the limits of the stated objectives and
legitimate powers of these entities.
Franck Godson A. agrees not to resell the Customer's data and also not to sell them
communicate or make them available to third parties, without reasons relating to the purposes
which bind the Client of Franck Godson A.
Customer data is retained for at least as long as the law requires it

right to knowledge, rectification, transfer to another provider of
